1Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the ace77 Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, players, depositors, and contributors of content. ace77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at ace77.club/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ace77 may provide notice of material changes by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending an SMS to your registered mobile number.

2Eligibility

To register an account and use the ace77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ace77 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under the age of 21. ace77 reserves the right to request proof of age documents at any time and to suspend any account until satisfactory proof is provided.
• You must be located in Bangladesh and accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false information at registration, including a false date of birth or false mobile number, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not already be self-excluded from ace77 or from any other gambling service from which ace77 has received a self-exclusion notification.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the account as a proxy, agent, or nominee for a third party.

ace77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close or suspend an account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to ace77's satisfaction. Where an account is closed due to an eligibility failure, any funds held in that account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on ace77. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts associated with that player, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ace77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification

ace77 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to provide the following documents promptly upon request:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) confirming your name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of your registered Bangladesh mobile number — for example, a screenshot of your mobile account registration confirmation.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad wallet registered in your name.
• Any additional documentation reasonably required by ace77 to satisfy its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits to your ace77 account may be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your gaming balance upon confirmation of receipt by ace77's payment processor. ace77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ace77 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements. Withdrawals from fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to bKash or Nagad. ace77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, including requesting KYC documents as described in Clause 3.

ace77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, match fixing, or breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is withheld for investigation, ace77 will notify the player via their registered mobile number within 48 hours of the hold being applied.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ace77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions described in this Clause and to any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by ace77 carry a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus or any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games will be displayed at the point of claiming the relevant offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the wagering requirement before accepting any bonus.

Bonus Restrictions and Abuse

ace77 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close the account of any player who ace77 reasonably believes has engaged in any of the following:

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus more than once (bonus stacking / multi-accounting).
• Using bonus funds to place bets that constitute low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy the wagering requirement with minimal risk (arbitrage betting or hedge betting that exploits the bonus structure).
• Allowing, permitting, or facilitating another person to use your account to claim bonuses on your behalf.
• Withdrawing a bonus deposit before satisfying the stated wagering requirement attached to that bonus.

Bonus decisions made by ace77 in good faith are final. If you believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied to your account, you must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the error occurring. ace77 will not be able to retrospectively apply bonus terms outside this window.

6Game Rules and Sports Betting

All games available on the ace77 Platform are subject to the individual game rules published by the relevant game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Habanero, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). By launching and playing any game, you confirm that you have read the game provider's rules for that game and accept them. In the event of a discrepancy between game provider rules and these Terms, game provider rules apply to the specific game experience, while these Terms apply to all account-level matters including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account security.

RNG and Live Game Outcomes

Slot games and other RNG-based games at ace77 use certified random number generation systems provided by the relevant game studios. ace77 does not control or influence RNG outcomes. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) are conducted in real time by human dealers. Game outcomes in live games are final and non-reversible once the round is closed by the dealer.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets at ace77, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are subject to the betting rules published on the Platform for each sport. Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.). In-play (live) bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time of the event covered by the bet. In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, ace77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

ace77 reserves the right to suspend a betting market at any time, including after bets have been placed, where ace77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of an event is in question (for example, where there is credible evidence of match fixing or inside information). In such cases, ace77 may void all bets on the affected market and return stakes to players' accounts without notice.

7Responsible Gaming

ace77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. As part of this commitment, ace77 provides the following player protection tools, which are available free of charge to all registered account holders at any time:

• Deposit limits — you may set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you deposit into your ace77 account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Loss limits — you may set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. When your net loss reaches the set threshold, the Platform will prevent further bet placement for the remainder of the relevant period.
• Session timers — you may set a reminder to alert you after a chosen period of continuous play. When the session timer expires, you will receive an on-screen notification. You may choose to continue playing or to log out.
• Self-exclusion — you may request to exclude yourself from access to ace77 for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to indefinite exclusion). Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

ace77 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all deposits made while underage will be returned net of any winnings derived from underage play. ace77 may report underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required by law.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, and may result in the withholding of funds pending investigation:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit Platform vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Abusing the Platform's customer support function, including making false claims, threatening or harassing support staff, or submitting fraudulent complaints.

ace77 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or underage gambling, to the appropriate authorities. Where an account is suspended or closed following an investigation into prohibited conduct, ace77 is not obliged to disclose the specific grounds for the action taken.

9Account Suspension and Termination

ace77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without notice, where ace77 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; (c) the player is subject to a self-exclusion order; (d) ace77 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

A player may close their own account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ace77 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation of all content, is the exclusive property of ace77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform; (b) create derivative works based on any Platform content; or (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Platform.

The ace77 brand name, logo, and all related marks are the exclusive property of ace77. You must not use any ace77 mark in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, disparagement, or reputational harm to ace77, whether in online or offline media.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ace77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ace77's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ace77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ace77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ace77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Privacy and Data Protection

ace77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ace77.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ace77 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and its servers. ace77 does not sell personal data to third parties and does not store payment credentials (such as bKash PIN or card numbers) after a transaction is completed.

13Amendments to These Terms

ace77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where any amendment is material — for example, a change to withdrawal processing times, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — ace77 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice to players by displaying a notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days before the amendment takes effect, or by sending an SMS notification to registered mobile numbers.

The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ace77.club/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ace77 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ace77 is lawful in your location.

In the event of any dispute between you and ace77, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ace77 support at [email protected] with a description of the issue. ace77 will use reasonable endeavours to respond to your complaint within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.
